iceweasel-l10n-de software package provides German language package for Iceweasel - Transitional package, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceweasel-l10n-de
iceweasel-l10n-de is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iceweasel-l10n-de package were installed using the commands given below,
